Dear Sailors, Volunteers & Supporters,

After an amazing weekend we can’t thank every one enough for this year. We had the best sailing conditions for learning and supporting each other, followed by an amazing evening for our team in the Cowes Corinthian Yacht Club with such amazing food made by the wonderful Sally Cass from the Duke of York.

The evening was our first every yearly awards night. Starting off with some lovely speeches by Andy Cassell and Barry Hocking (Elizabeth Wood’s Father) who also kindly present our trophies.

A summary of the awards and winners are;

ACF Most Improved Sailor of the Year (In memory of Elizabeth Wood) – Bex Foulsham

ACF Most Valuable Volunteer Award – Jonathan Evans
ACF Cake Off Award – Sylvia Evans
ACF Crew Member of the Year Award – Louise Timoney
ACF Golden Shackle Award – Mark Matthews & Liz Mangles
ACF Top Fundraiser Award – Ian Wyllie and Sailing Trilleen
ACF Enabling Growth Award – Mark Young
ACF Cowes Week Daily Awards – ACF Dolphin 3rd x2, ACF Limbitless 3rd x1, ACF SparePart 3rd x1
