Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to All

25 Dec 2023 by Matt Grier

Thank you to all of our Sailors, Supporters and Volunteers.

2023 has been a tuff year for us and still is, with sailors fighting personal battles in the background and having lost a very good friend at the end of 2022.

But with all this in mind we have to be very thankful for what we have. The challenges faced brought us together stronger than ever, leaving legacy’s by building our community, introducing new friends and investing in ourselves more.

We have lots of physical things that show our progression this year from the development of our the recovery nets and fitting to our Keelboats, the investment in our own RIB to support our activity, the flying of 3 ACF Spinnakers in Cowes Week, the development of a committed volunteer team and most of all some very passionate participants who all wish to go on and compete more into 2024, and the huge range of impairments we have racing together.

We could not have achieved all of this without you, even a little interest goes along way. But a specially thank you must go out to all of our supporters and donor’s who make this all truly possible. Thank you for believing in us and helping keep many legacy’s alive. https://acfsailing.teamapp.com/clubs/286366/sponsors?_list=v1

Our thoughts this year goes out to those with their current battles and please know you are on our minds all the time.

Merry Christmas all and have a Happy New Year.

The ACF Sailing Team
