CCYC Members Regatta – October 2020 (2 day event)

ACF Sailing is attending the regatta and spaces yet to be allocated, priority will be to those attending the full weekend.

- Ticket to purchase will be added as soon as possible if not seen.

Places are limited, if full, a waiting list is created (via RSVP’s), once enough people and experience or experienced help is sourced then places will be increased and first in line notified. (this is achieved through available tickets. Tickets must be purchase to guarantee a place.

Timings; TBC but expect roughly the below – this will be updated asap.
Saturday – 1200 – arrival, lunch, 1230 – prep, 1300 launch and go. race start 1430 (90 min average race)
Sunday – 0900 arrival, 0930 launch, race start 1100 (90 min average race)

Attendance
- You don’t have to attend both days but are missing out if not.
- Those attending the Saturday will get a priority place on the Sunday.
- We will always try and accommodate as many individuals as possible along with help and resources we have.

Please RSVP or email info@acfsailing.org if interested, RSVP’s help us plan and make a huge difference to what we can achieve. Places are limited on equipment and experienced help. Please purchase your ticket to confirm your place, further info below under Activity fee.

Activity fees are; (First time sailors must contact info@acfsailing.org before purchaing a ticket)
- £40 per person per day.

- £70 for the whole weekend. (saving £10 per weekend).
(Activity fees will be increase by £5 during the week before).

If over sold or cancelled for reasons related to ACF – full refunds will be given (this does not include the weather but we would always to our best to reschedule a weekend first).
