Trainer – Oliver Clare (OC Training and Training Principal at Gurnard Sailing Club)
Max number of places – 12 per course

Dates and times;
Part 1 – Thursday, 31st March, 1800-2100
Part 2 – Thursday, 7th March, 1800-2100
Both parts must be attended to complete the course

Course contents – What is first aid?
Legislation, Responsibilities, Action to be taken in an emergency, Primary survey, Secondary assessment, The respiratory system, Resuscitation and AED, Disorders of respiration, Drowning, Disorders of circulation, Wounds and bleeding, Seizures, Minor burns and scalds, Causes of Unconsciousness, Fractures, Advice by Radio, Medivac

This course may only have 1-2 places free, If you cant purchase a ticket it is due to being full, still please RSVP ‘Yes’ for the waiting list, if for some reason someone is not well and can’t attend, participants will be called in order.
