Places are now limited, if full a waiting list is created, once enough people and experience or experienced help is sourced then places will be increased and first in line notified.

Further info;
- Timings to prep boats are sent out during the week before via the comments (you will need the app on your phone to receive alerts) – An update is normally sent on the Wednesday evening prior for the best possible weather forecast.

- Activity fee is £50 per person – weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Weekends will have the maximum of 5 people per boat and crew managed on experience with a focus towards Cowes Week for those attending.

There are now 2 ways to pay the activity fee – either by the event ticketing (preferred option), per event or direct via the bank account – please contact for details.

The activity fees is as follows for this event;
Option 1 – £50 which must be paid 1 week in advance (as per the ticket on this event)
Option 2 – £55 in the week prior to the start of the event. (option 1 ends and 2 starts)
Option 3 – Late payments (return from sailing) – Additional £2.50 admin charge if post for late payments (totaling £57.50) – Your place is not guaranteed.

Refunds – Will only be given with 1 weeks notice prior to the event or if the event is cancelled by the ACF team only.

Any feedback is always welcome and extremely grateful as we learn to use this system to help us along the way and has been set up this way to encourage earlier payment and reduce admin.
